As a designer, there’s no greater compliment than a returning client. After a successful outdoor project in 2023, these clients recently reached out for a complete renovation of their second-floor bathroom. With their growing family of four, including two young children, they wanted a functional yet luxurious space that made bathing the kids easy.

They envisioned a spa-like retreat with a sophisticated layering of tile, (otherwise known as a wet room), and vibrant personality. To achieve this, we focused on one feature wall while using a more subdued tile (in a similar shape and size) for the rest of the space to maintain balance and avoid a dark, heavy feel. The intentional blend of brass and polished nickel throughout the room added a touch of elegance, resulting in a serene and stylish sanctuary perfect for the entire family.
